Who I am.

My name is Andrea Flores, and I am completing the Racquet Sports Management Apprenticeship (RSMA) at the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida. This prestigious two-year program prepares future leaders in the racquet sports industry through advanced training in club management, coaching, leadership, and operations.

Before joining the RSMA, I served as Director of Tennis at Cimarron Country Club, where I built the tennis program from the ground up, growing participation to more than 150 junior and adult players. I also organized 25+ UTR and WTN tournaments, impacting over 700 players, and served as USTA League Coordinator for the Rio Grande Valley, helping increase league participation by 18% and registrations by 41%.

Additionally, I spent five years as Managing Partner of The Tennis Depot and Genesis Tennis International, gaining experience in business operations, marketing, and racquet sports management.

My passion is creating exceptional player experiences, growing the game, and building strong racquet sports communities through leadership and innovation.
